Naysha is an internationally-known Peruvian Curandera. Curandera (or Curanderita) is the name pertaining to female shamans and healers of the Amazon. There are many different kinds of medicine women depending on their specialty of focus – they all have their own different kinds of tools, techniques, and ways of healing.

Naysha heals through medicinal plants, ceremonies, music, and traditions and is adept in the shamanic world. Her connection with plant medicine started before she was born. Her mother could not have children so she, like many Peruvians, went to the shamans to find healing after the medical system had failed her.

The shamanic treatment was successful and Naysha was conceived. Naysha, later, worked as a lawyer for the Peruvian government. This was when she realized that to change society, the individual must first change from the inside. She felt a calling and thus quit her job to go to the Amazonian jungle. There, she remained for several years, learning different healing techniques from the plants and studying with the shamans on how to work with the plant’s, life then brought her from the jungle to the very north of Sweden, north of the polar circle.

For two years, she lived together with the Sami people – an indigenous community of shamans where they shared their ways of living with her. From there, she went back to the Amazon once again to continue her Shamanic training. These last 4 years, she has been traveling around Europe, Asia, and South America holding ceremonies and sharing the healing ways of her teachers from the Amazon through an organization she started, named Taita Inti.

Today she is embarking on creating a global community that involves women – bringing women together to help themselves to reconnect, open, heal and transform their lives. Medicine Woman is an NGO – a movement with the aim of creating a series of documentaries about medicine women around the planet – their ancient knowledge, traditional ways of healing, and their sacred role in the connection and protection of our Mother Earth.

Join Naysha as she shares with you her otherworldly experiences and wisdom she gained from her Shamanic training in the Amazon, from doing spiritual work on herself and facilitating the healing of people around the world under the guidance of the Spirit of the Plants.

From the shipibo tribe, Selia single mother of six kids has managed to follow her heart, to become a curandera, she started at very early age when she was 15, she was already asking her grandfather a very old shipibo shaman to teach her, at the beginning he refused telling her how much responsibility is need it and that he is already too old to be able to give her what is need it, Selia did not care about this, she insisted so much to his grandfather that he put her on her first diets and ayahuasca ceremonies where she got her first ikaros ( spiritual music) later in life she will need to stop working with the medicine because of her kids , when they were big enough she once more found a teacher in Pucallpa her natal land and there she continues her journey, now she is one of the best medicine women you can find in Iquitos area.

Selia and Naysha meet through the documentary project that Naysha is running on the internet: Medicine Woman, Curanderita – The Woman’s Awakening Selia was one of the medicine women that has to accept to take part of the project and collaborate, because she believes the shamanic knowledge can help many people and that men and women are equally important, when working with the plants she said, female and male energy must be balanced, if we have too much of one then we are in the ego  and we must live from our hearts.

Mae is a natural born psychic and clairvoyant. She started healing at the age of 6 years old and was introduced to tarot card reading by her great-grandmother at the age of 8. She shunned all these gifts growing up only to embrace it after abandoning the quest to be a doctor when she graduated Public Health in the University. She started her training Pranic Healing in 2002.

She sought guidance and mentorship from different teachers and organizations which were hidden and taboo at that time. She discovered her own formula for developing her abilities and started teaching it to a paranormal group in the Philippines in 2006. She also started organizing events bringing together spiritual groups together in her restaurant, Resto Eklektik, at the same time which made her connect with one of the foremost group that delved into these practices – The Spirit Questors of Manila. She formally joined and trained with this group in 2008 where they apply it through giving free services to families who needed help in their life issues that were deemed unexplainable and unresolvable by science.

She and her late husband started teaching Tarot Card Reading in 2011 through a unique module that they crafted from their experience of learning and reading others. When the Spirit Questors dissolved in 2012, they created, Esoteric Society of the Philippines with old members of the group to continue the Services Tarot Reading Akashic Reading Past Life Reading Lovelife Coaching NLP Coaching Pranic Healing Access Bars ──── Seminars & Workshops Intuitive Development Tarot Card Reading Developing The 3rd Eye Singles Retreat ──── Affiliations Taita Inti Love Happy, Inc. advocacy of providing free services with the use of their psychic abilities and talents under the tenets of unconditional love and harmonious co-existence. She then co-founded the group, Philippine Academy of Intuitive, to inspire people to apply spiritual principles and esoteric wisdom in their everyday lives where she continued to teach Intuitive Development and Tarot Reading.

She also created the first Lovelife & Relationship Coaching after getting licensed as a Neuro Linguistic Practitioner by Mind Transformations in Singapore and created a unique workshop for Singles entitled, Co-author Your Next Love Story that ran successfully since 2013 up to now.

Mae has been giving readings pro-bono since she first started to learn it. In 2014, she officially adopted this as a profession together with her Love Coaching services in different wellness centers in her country. In these centers, she got to meet and learn from more readers, healers, and teachers local and abroad. She found a new passion in bringing people together for spiritual events, workshops, healing clinics, and courses. She quickly gained local media following and found herself invited in television and radio shows in her country. Using this leverage, she also worked on getting other practitioners get media exposure for them to be able to connect with the people they can teach and serve.

Darkness came in 2015 when her husband died of a sudden illness. She continued doing readings and coaching sessions and found herself in situations where she needed to counsel individuals losing loved ones as well. This made her realize that she must continue living. On that fateful day of realization, a sudden gush of wind blew on her face and whispered an incomprehensible word. She Googled it and the first search result was the word “Ayahuasca.” From them on, she followed this path and found herself organizing the Ayahuasca Retreats in the Philippines where she met Naysha.

Ayahuasca, through Naysha and Taita Inti, helped her heal through her grief and gave her a new life and a new sense of purpose. Today, Mae still reads and guides people individually in their ways of life and spirit. She still passionately brings people together for spiritual transformation and healing in her country through a pool of volunteers continuing the cause. And now, she aims to assist Naysha and Taita Inti in their pilgrimage of bringing Love and Light to people’s lives.
