How a place is actually confirmed
Nothing here is booked with a card and a click. Every place goes through a conversation first, because there are people for whom this is the wrong retreat, or the right one at the wrong time — and that is worth finding out before money changes hands.
The six steps, in order
1. Explore the options
Start with the calendar and the retreat pages. Each one carries the dates, the ceremonies, the price and what to expect, so you can narrow it down before you write.
2. Ask us anything
WhatsApp, Telegram or email, whichever you prefer. Questions cost nothing and commit you to nothing. We answer in English, Spanish and Russian, usually within a day.
3. Book your interview
Twenty to sixty minutes on a call. We go through your medical conditions and medication, your previous experience with retreats, and your intentions for coming. You ask us everything you want to ask.
4. Booking information
After the interview you receive an email with payment instructions, preparation guidance, ceremony guidelines and the refund policy in full.
5. The deposit
A 50% deposit secures the place. Read the refund policy in that email before you send it — it is short, and it matters.
6. Our commitment
If during your retreat you feel you did not connect with the plants, you are welcome to join another retreat at the cost of accommodation only.
Because the exclusions are real
SSRIs, MAOIs, lithium, antipsychotics, ADHD medication, sleep medication, anxiolytics, heart conditions, psychosis and bipolar I are genuine exclusions, not fine print. The interview is where we find that out, and where we say no if the answer is no.

Payments, refunds and invoices
How to pay
Deposits and balances are paid by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer. If you need an invoice, send us your details — the business is registered in Peru.
Refunds
- •Full refund, or a free reschedule, for cancellations one month ahead
- •No refund inside the last week before the retreat
- •Refunds take between two weeks and a month to process
- •Payments are committed in advance to venues, medicines and travel
When life happens
Cancelled flights, serious illness, genuine emergencies — we look for a compassionate solution rather than pointing at the policy. Talk to us early rather than late.
