15 Days Dieta with Master Plants

Fifteen days in the Norwegian forest with one plant

Six ayahuasca ceremonies, two San Pedro days, and a master plant dieta held in nature near Oslo. Twelve people, no more. The shortest dieta that is still a real dieta.

What it is

A full dieta, without flying to the Amazon

The fifteen-day program is the standard length for the gentler teacher plants — Bobinsana, Ajo Sacha — and it is enough time for the whole arc: purification, connection, insight, and a proper closing before you go home.

It runs in nature near Oslo, in Norway, which for most European participants means a short flight rather than a long one. Accommodation is shared rooms, private camping tents, or nature-based options depending on the site.

Ceremonies are guided by Guillermo López, a plant medicine practitioner from the Peruvian Amazon, with Naysha Silva and Konstantin holding the space and the integration.

The plants

What you might diet here

Which plant

Bobinsana, Ajo Sacha, Chiric Sanango or Noya Rao, chosen for you according to your process rather than picked in advance. Some people work with one plant, some with more.

How it is taken

Daily ingestion of the plant, plant baths, energetic plant blessings — sopladas — and personalised guidance as the process unfolds.

What it asks

Dieta food with no salt, sugar, coffee or fruit. Significant silence and isolation. The discipline continues for at least two weeks after you go home.

Preparation

Start a week before you arrive

No alcohol for one week. No pork. No sexual activity in the twenty-four hours before arrival. Certain medications have to be stopped first.

You cannot attend while taking antidepressants, antipsychotics, ADHD medication, sleep medication or anxiolytics. Detailed medical guidelines are shared individually during the application, because tapering off some of these safely takes time and a doctor. The full picture is on the safety page.
