4. Eligibility and Requirements

4.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our retreats and services.

4.2 Health Requirements

Participation in plant medicine ceremonies requires:

• Completion of a comprehensive health questionnaire
• Medical clearance if you have any health conditions
• Disclosure of all medications and supplements
• Adherence to dietary restrictions (dieta) before ceremonies
• Mental and emotional stability

4.3 Exclusion Criteria

You may not participate if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have serious heart conditions or psychiatric disorders

• Have a history of severe mental illness
• Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

5. Booking and Payment

5.1 Booking Process

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing
• A deposit is required to secure your place
• Full payment is due before the retreat begins
• Booking confirmation includes terms and conditions

5.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Prices include accommodation, meals, ceremonies, and basic services but exclude transportation to retreat locations.

5.3 Payment Methods

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified during booking.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Participant Cancellation

• More than 60 days: Full refund minus processing fees
• 30-60 days: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund
• Medical emergencies: Case-by-case consideration

6.2 Our Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone retreats due to:

• Insufficient bookings
• Force majeure events
• Safety concerns
• Legal or regulatory issues

In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or full refunds.

7. Risks and Responsibilities

7.1 Acknowledgment of Risks

You acknowledge that plant medicine ceremonies involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical and emotional discomfort
• Psychological effects and altered states of consciousness
• Potential adverse reactions
• Risk of injury during ceremonies
• Emotional or spiritual challenges

7.2 Participant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate health information
• Following all pre-retreat guidelines
• Behaving respectfully toward staff and other participants
• Following safety instructions during ceremonies
• Your personal belongings and valuables

8. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Treat all participants and staff with respect
• Maintain confidentiality about other participants' experiences
• Refrain from recording ceremonies without permission
• Avoid romantic or sexual relationships during retreats
• Abstain from alcohol and recreational drugs
• Follow the retreat schedule and guidelines

Violation of these rules may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• You participate in our services at your own risk
• We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or death
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal property
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
• We strongly recommend travel and health insurance
