Safe, Held, and Transformed
This was my first retreat of this kind and it was certainly one of the most expansive experiences of my life. From the start I felt safe, cared for, and genuinely supported. The team (Torben, Naysha, Guillermo and Linus) were warm and personal while also being clearly skilled and deeply knowledgeable. So grateful to them for their amazing work! The setting was stunning. Being immersed in nature deepened the whole experience in a way that's hard to fully explain. And the depth of what unfolded personally — emotionally, spiritually — surprised me. I left lighter, more at peace, with things processed that I hadn't expected. I'd recommend this to anyone curious about self-exploration, and equally to anyone carrying something difficult. Best ever
This has been one of the best things that I’ve ever done fore myself. All my expectations where fulfilled and then some. I had prepared myself carefully for the retreat and that is the key. I felt so safe during the ceremonies. If I got stuck there was always sombody to guide me through it so that I could go deeper into my process. This was my first time with ayuasca and I am so grateful that I met up whith Nayshas team, they were all so loving and suppoting. Shaman Guillermo was so amazing. Safe, Grounded, and Genuine
The accommodations were comfortable, the food was nourishing and surprisingly much better than I had expected, and the schedule felt thoughtfully structured without being overly rigid. We received a draft schedule that gave a clear overview of the day-to-day structure, and any updates or changes were communicated well throughout the retreat. There was a good balance between ceremony, rest, integration, and opportunities to connect with others. I never felt pressured into anything, and the team consistently emphasized safety, preparation, and personal responsibility throughout the experience. It was also very individually tailored, which was something I highly valued. I struggled beforehand to find enough detailed reviews to really understand what to expect, which is partly why I wanted to write this review in the first place. I went into the retreat with both curiosity and skepticism. I’ve been on a personal and spiritual path for years, so I had some idea of what I was stepping into, but experiences like this are tricky to fully understand beforehand. What stood out most to me was how safe and grounded everything felt. The space was held with a lot of care, the guidance was thoughtful, and the team, maestro, and maestra were gifted in the way they supported people throughout the process. Since returning home, I’ve noticed subtle but meaningful shifts in myself. I feel more balanced physically and emotionally, more present in my relationships and conversations, and more connected to myself in everyday life. I’m not claiming this retreat magically fixes everything, but for me it felt like an important step forward. I don’t see this experience as some final destination, but it did give me a deeper sense of alignment and clarity. It added another layer to the work I was already doing within myself and is helping me approach life with more intention and openness. If you feel called to explore something like this, I would recommend reaching out to the team and asking questions. I know how difficult it can be to make a decision like this without really knowing what the experience will be like, so hopefully this review helps provide clarity for someone else the way I wish I’d had before going.
Amazon Weekend Stockholm
I took part in the Amazon Retreat Weekend that was held in Stockholm in May 2026. The team was absolutely amazing. It was my first retreat and all my nerves settled as soon as I met the team. The safety and comfort you feel from them completely removes any fears you may have. It was perfectly planned and executed by all members of the team. The support is very warm and comforting whilst still maintaining the purity of the jungle. With pure and true intentions, this is definitely a life changing experience for anyone that requires deep healing and deep love. Thank you to the whole team.
Lifechanging and transforming experience with the best team 💓
Just got back from a 5-day retreat, and can surely say that it has been the best experience of my life. Transforming, nervewrecking, challenging, and most of all deeply meaningful, rewarding and so so beautiful. The whole team running the retreat knows exactly what they are doing. I was very nervous to begin with since it was my first time doing ayahuascha (or anything like that), but I am so so grateful for how the experience unfolded. The whole team consist of the most caring, experienced and wise people, who’s gonna guide and support you trough this journey in a very safe and secure way. They will take care of you trough it all, and know that if you experience a difficult ceremony, they will help you trough and not leave your side. Truly trustworthy and well beyond my exceptions
I was apprehensive at the very start as it did not seem as tribal/traditional or intense. At the same time, Taita had reviews on mostly on Retreat guru, with few information elsewhere. However, I decided to go for it and like the reviews said, my life definitely has been changed. I cannot even describe the amount of love, wisdom and nurturing I have received here. The ceremonies were absolutely unexpected and entirely mind blowing. I achieved exactly what I had set out to and under the skills and guidance from Naysha, Torben, Andrea, Alexandria and the other volunteers, I have gained so so much and connected deeply with Mother Aya. Throughout the ceremony, I had multiple check ins on me and all participants were very very protected from anything that tried to interfere. We were very very safe and happy. This retreat felt like a lifetime with a beautiful family of souls who wanted nothing but collective nurturing and healing, and I had gained all that. If you are doubting the authenticity of the ceremonies here, take it from me that you will be in very very very good hands. The ceremony was far more beautiful and profound than what my expectations were.

Dear Seeker, Perhaps you're wondering if this retreat is right for you. I'll try to help you decide by sharing my recent, very intense experience. It was my first time meeting Madre Ayahuasca, and I had no prior experience of psychedelics — a bold move, as I was told, and rightly so. This encounter is not for the fainthearted. It requires commitment, honesty, knowledge, respect, courage and a genuine desire to confront repressed and forgotten emotions and experiences, for better or worse. I consider myself very lucky to have participated in this retreat led by Naysha. All of the team members were wonderful: knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and present. Not to mention our good fortune in being taken care of by two shamans: Celia and Naysha complement each other perfectly, and they both provided exactly what we needed at the right time. They both radiate wisdom, authenticity, humanity, and generosity, and they both know how to support you on your healing journey when encountering such a potent and complex sacred plant as ayahuasca. Your healing journey is your own, but the team will accompany you every step of the way, providing guidance and support and reminding you that no matter where we are in this universe, we are all in this together. How Naysha And Her Team Changed My Life
Review How Naysha and her team changed my live After struggling with cocain and alcohol addiction for many years i got recommended by a friend to go to a retreat, I felt anxious, had low self esteem and a hard time to connect with my feelings. And after testing a lot of other things to make me feel better, i had almost lost hope, so i decided to book. I had my first retreat with Oscar, an amazing medicine worker with a calm and genuine approach that made me feel safe. But after many years of addiction i had som much blockages and i was so nervous before i could not let go and could not connect as i wanted. But having such a good weekend i felt that after, i had to go back. I stuck to the diet and felt ready! Naysha and Celia was the shamans for this weekend, whst a duo! First time meeting Naysha you immediately felt a warm energy from her, that she really cares about everybody and wants you to feel that you are in a safe space. The ceremonis were different, now that we had 2 female shamans instead, i struggled with letting go and trusting the medicine, until Celia came and sang the Ikaro for me, it felt like she pulled the energies from my body and i started to clean out my body, and did for several hours, and after i was done i felt so light, pure and free! It was an amazing weekend. Then to the first diet. The diet is where i could connect even deeper with the medicine and with myself. I did 15 days diet with Naysha and Guillermo. It was amazing, the place is so good and you feel calm and connected to nature. Its such a great opertunity to go back to basics in life, just you, the medicine and the jungle, without all external distractions that we have every day. For me the diet brought me back to my heart. After all this, for the first time in 10 years, i feel that i dont need drugs or alcohol to be happy in life. And this feeling is the best. So thank you Naysha!! For helping me find my inner Peace again.
Retreat Stockholm

My experience at the Stockholm retreat from January 29th to February 1st, has been a valuable experience in this journey, with awareness and knowledge, along with peace and a return to oneself. I recommend them to anyone that is feeling the call to do plant medicine that these retreats are very well set up from start to finish. You will feel safe to let go and let the medicine do the work. Naysha and her team really care and are always there to help anyone who is having a hard time to work through it. All the shamans have been very humble and give all the credit to the plants for the healing they share with all the participants. My life has changed for the better since I started this journey. I think I found my favourite way to spend my vacations. It was clear from the beginning that the team is very experienced and they are passionate about the work they are doing. They explained everything very well for first timers. I felt we were in good hands. I am grateful for the experience!

Honestly, I can’t fully describe how grateful I am that my first psychedelic experience was with Naysha, Torben and the whole team. I was excited to meet Grandmother Ayahuasca, but I was also scared. They took care of me and everyone else with so much love, compassion and kindness. I felt safe even before I arrived, but being there showed me how pure and warm their hearts truly are. PRICELESS EXPERIENCE
Absolutely one of the most transforming experiences of my life. I booked only a few weeks out and Naysha took wonderful care helping me prepare for this journey. It's been a few months since my experience, but I have to say it has helped me heal in ways I didn't even realize. Since the experience a lot of challenging things have happened in my life and I can say I have been handling everything with such grace and peace whereas if I had not attended this retreat I don't think I would be doing so well. It has truly changed me and I cannot recommend this retreat and Naysha more to anyone feeling called.

Since I do not have the words to express myself I would be a fool to even try. So, let me be a fool for a minute. From the very beginning until the end of this weekend I felt protection, safetiness, compassion, support, respect, awareness, warmth, relief, HEALING, LAUGHTER, JOY and LOVE. These words are not even close to what my experience was like. To move these words a bit closer to what I felt, put 'loving', 'absolute' or 'total' in front of each one. In-depth experience in safe hands
The whole weekend was very well organized and in my opinion very authentic. It was the first psychedelic experience for me and I always felt in safe hands and surrounded by very kind, heartwarming people. Oscar and Naysha constantly accompanied us during the ceremonies with the most beautiful music which created a wonderful atmosphere. As a vegan, I always had a good choice of food and the location in the Swiss Alps was simply breathtaking. For me it was truly a profound experience that taught me to open my heart and love not only myself but also the others around me, no matter what they think, say or do.

Before I left for Sweden, I had doubts. I knew I was struggling with deep childhood traumas, but admitting it and facing the consequences was challenging. The environment and ceremonies created by Naysha and her team made the whole weekend a safe and very comfortable place to explore my inner self. It was my first experience with Ayahuasca, and though it was painful, I had great support to face it. Since then, I have been able to feel some very limiting emotions that were always hidden behind thoughts and logic. They still have some control over me but feeling them now makes it possible to admit I have them and take the next steps. Thank you, Naysha, and the rest of the team. My best recommendations for anyone who are on a journey of self exploration.

Deep connection
My experience with Ayahuasca goes beyond this review. I couldn’t find words to describe it. I can think of some - divine, unity, salvation, transcendence, duality, humility, power, healing, re-birth, transformation - but they fall short to encompass what my body and soul experienced. It is something you need to feel yourself. I couldn’t recommend Naysha and her team enough. They provide a perfect platform for you to connect with the medicine. Everything is taken care of! The preparations with symbiotic plants (like tobacco and bobinsana) before the ceremony, the integration sessions even before the retreat to meet among participants and create a comfortable setting, and the blissful music they play during the ceremony to guide you to the center ❤️. One thing I especially appreciate is always feeling safe. Life changing
I recently did a 15 day dieta in tarapoto peru with Taita Inti. Words can hardly express my internal experience but it's been a life changing experience. I went to peru looking for my life purpose and I have to say I found it. With their help. Thanks to the help of everyone at taita inti. Their always there if you need anything. The location at The Garden Peace, is amazing. So beautiful, with a river running in the middle of the property. I highly highly recommend any retreat with them. I've done a few retreat with them in peru, europe and Asia and every single one has been amazing.

The team of Tainta Inti were very humble, helpful and professional through the whole retreat! You felt their ambition and love to make this experience something over the ordinary, which they managed to do by large margins. Super powerful shamanic experience with Naysha, Yuri and the team!
Out of nowhere, my intuition told me to try these plant medicine. Soon after that I found this Amazon Weekend! From the first talk with Yuri, I was already connected well and felt safe to trust them. I did not know what to expect other than my own gut feeling, but tried anyway. The result was magical! Plant medicine were like my best friend, mother, coach or partner. I felt that I could hold the conversation with them without talking! They showed me who I am and what I am supposed to do in this life or beyond. Amazon weekend retreat in Sweden on May 27th to May 30th 2022
I am very glad that I attended this retreat and I can sincerely recommend it to anyone who wants to try plant medicine or continue learning from it. This was my first time trying plant medicines and I did not really know what to expect and I was a bit nervous beforehand. But from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and the staff was so attentive and respectful, which made me feel well looked after the whole time. The space created by the Taita Inti team was very loving and safe. These people are competent and know what they are doing, so if you will attend one of their retreats you will be in safe hands. I was amazed at the work they do, both their skills but also how they take care of the participants. To me it really felt like they do what they do for the sole purpose of helping others and they do it with a large portion of unconditional love. I cannot imagine a better place to go for plant medicine ceremonies. During the ceremonies I received more healing than I ever could have hoped for, as well as tools and insights to help me continue learning and growing. I also had strong spiritual experiences and those I will never forget. When I left the retreat 3 and a half days later it felt like I had been in a wonderful place for a long time and I had learnt a lot and I left with a feeling of having “recharged my love battery” (an image/idea that came to me during my first Ayahuasca ceremony). So I have had some really bad experiences in the past and was unsure how this would play out. But Naysha and Yuri are deeply committed healers and very thorough in their work so I was feeling very well taken care of which enabled me to let go and do the work needed! I don’t know how to describe my journey with Taita Inti, Love, Life changing, safe and absolutely wonderful. This was an unforgettable experience; I felt safe, cared for by the staff and Yuri. The entire experience was very well facilitated by Taita and its volunteers. Everybody held space, with earnesty and sincerity to serve you best in making your own headways with the medicine and for that I am grateful. Travelling from far away to partake in this retreat was worth it and I would strongly recommend this retreat if you’re exploring the plant medicine.
Amazing and Life Changing
Naysha, Yuri, and the rest of the staff were phenomenal! I was scared at first due to a bad mushroom in my past. However, the shamans supported and provided a safe place for me. Therefore, I had a comfortable and mind blowing experience. Furthermore, I made deep bonds with the other attendees at the retreat. It surprised me how fast I came to love everyone there. Amazing shaman facilitating a transformative weekend
This was my first plant medicine retreat and I was looking to attend one with an experienced shaman. Amazingly transformative weekend
My weekend retreat with Taita Inti completely exceeded my expectations. I was interested to have a closer authentic experience to the roots where ayahuasca coming from but without going to Peru yet So that's what I got. There was a lot of live music and few also on speaker. The place was in the countryside so It was really close to nature too. Everyone was really welcoming and easy to talk to. I joined the 12 day dieta with Taita Inti and had the experience of my life. It was my first encounter with psychedelics and I felt that everything was done in a safe and responsible way. This is a real investment for your wellbeing and life. How do I in words explain my greatfulness, impression and experience of Taita Inti? The experience is beautiful in many ways, not least in the connection between everyone involved and to see the transformation of others as well. I saw people overcome fears, reconnect with lost parts, release inner blockages and overcome sorrow. People came out of the experience able to trust life in a deeper level. Kambo Medicine
The most important thing for me when entering into a new experience is to feel safe. To know that you are in the company of someone who is knowledgeable and will allow you to work one on one with the medicine in a safe space is extremely valuable. You are very vulnerable in this setting so care, compassion and humility are paramount. This was my experience with Yuri working with kambo for the first time. He has all these qualities and more. Compassionate, knowledgable and sacred in his work
I had kambo once with another practitioner without any ceremony and with a lot of pain, but with Yuri it was different. He knew what he was doing and the way he preformed the ceremony was gentle. Kambo Ceremony
I had great experience with Yuri with my first Kambo ceremony, I knew from the beginning that this is not ordinary and dangerous medicine however very helpful. Yuri was very attentive to everything. He explain to me what to expect so I was well prepared. He created an amazing ambience around me so I can relax and go through Kambo like a warrior. Yuri is a man Of many talents - psychologist, herbalist and guru. I highly recommend Yuri if you are beginner and have doubts about any not tradional medicine.

My 2nd retreat with Taita Inti was for a San Pedro ceremony in Enköping, Sweden in September 2020. As always they create an incredible safe environment for all participants. The San Pedro shaman Darryl had a beautiful and informative speech before the ceremony about the plant medicine and how it works. Darryl is extremely skilled and have decades of experience, and he has avery calm oresence and you trust his knowledge fully. San Pedro is abeautiful and light exoerience full of love. I highly recommend doing it at Taita Inti where Darryl prepare and cook the medicine himself.

San Pedro event
This three-day retreat was amazing. I had been on another retreat with Darryl, Naysha and their team, and I tend to have expectations. But there's no point. This was a journey of love and connection, of getting grounded and finding renewed respect for yourself and for the Earth. A beautiful, beautiful plant in every way. I was so well taken care of, the team is constantly checking in with you and making sure you feel ok all the time. The message was clear: there is nothing to fear, love is what matters, be kind to yourself. I'd recommend anyone to go to this reatreat.
Ayahuasca in the countryside
I went to a retreat with Taita Inti -- with Darryl and Naysha and the rest of their team. Naturally I was nervous about drinking the legendary and mystical tea that so many have spoken about. But I was made to feel at ease from the very start. It is a genuine, calm setting and Darryl and Naysha will talk with you about whatever is on your mind beforehand. There was an honest, caring atmosphere throughout all of the days, which I think is hugely important during an experience like this. And although you have no idea what to expect, it sure wasn't like anything I might have expected. I gained insights about previous events in my life that I could not have dreamt of achieving elsewhere. What a genuine surprise it was. The rehearsed phrases I had told myself in my head for so long, and that I truly believed in, were just tossed away, and I saw things and feelings for what they truly are. It was tough at times, but I rank this as one of the most valuable events of my life so far. If it is calling you - go for it. Change is coming.
5 days that changed my life - Enköping July 2020
I attended the 5 day Retreat organized by Taita Inti in Enköping, Sweden at the end of July 2020. The retreat included 3 Ayahuasca ceremonies, tobacco purge, breathwork, meditations, flower baths, kakao ceremony, food and venue. Doing Ayahuasca and choosing Taita Inti as the retreat organizer is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had no idea that 5 days could make such a huge difference and have such profound impact to my life! As soon as I heard about the healing properties of Ayahuasca I knew I wanted to do it even though I had never done any plant medicine before. I had never done any psychedelics, drugs or anything that would alter my mindset or perception. I have never even been drunk! Never the less, choosing to do Ayahusca was an easy decision, but finding a great shaman and a suitable location to do it was a bigger challenge. I am very thorough in everything I do and this was no exception. To me it is highly important to do Ayahuasca where it is legal in case anything would go wrong. I was prepared to travel to the other side of the planet if needed, so I researched places everywhere. The energy and skills of the shaman / curandera was super important to me, I needed someone who would safely guide me in case of a dark or scary experience during the ceremoy (which sometimes happen with ayahuasca). I had heard horror stories of how people where having bad ayahuasca "trips" with nobody to guide them through it or with "shamans" that just left them alone in the forest. I did extensive research and found Naysha Silva, the head shaman at TaIta Inti. I watched numerous interviews with her, checked her videos and talks, asked around online by joining facebook and reddit groups, and knew she was the one I wanted to do it with. And it turned out to be the right decision. When I contacted Taita Inti and expressed my interest in attending their retreat, they made sure I really understood all the preparations that I would need to do prior to taking Ayahuasca. They conducted a phone interview, then I had to fill a 5 page questionaire regarding my medical history, drugs & medication, food, alcohol etc. After that I was approved to attend. Taita Inti really takes it seriously and it is for your own safety. Don't trust a retreat center who don't. Do your independant research. For each Ayahuasca ceremony at Taita Inti they had 2-3 shamans plus some helpers/ assistants. It was a very safe enviroment. My first ayahuasca ceremony during the retreat was happy and joyful, the 2nd one was dark and scary while the 3rd one was enlightening and liberating. During the 2nd ceremony Ayahuasca provided me with an incredible dark experience, my worst nightmares times a million. It was incredible traumatic and at times I was so scared that I lost the ability to understand english. If I had been with a lesser skilled shaman or at another retreat center I am scared of what might have happened, but Naysha and the 2 assisting shamans Darryl and Rolf guided me through the whole experience. The team were present with me throughout the ceremony, I was never alone. During the 2nd ceremony I was shocked by the force and darkness of Ayahuasca. It is exactly like they say, Madre Ayahuasca sees no difference between light and dark, she is ruthless in her love but she will heal you. And heal me she did. The 3rd ceremony was equally deep, but not as dark, and it was during this ceremony that I was truly healed and reborn. I highly recommend to do more than one ceremony. For me 3 was the perfect number. One of the things I found amazing about Naysha is that she seemed to know the moment she me us what we would go through. I didn't understand this until afterwards. The morning of the 2nd ceremony, she decided to split the group, she would do a separate ceremony later with two of the participants. I believe she knew how dark and heavy the ceremony would be for some of us. This way everyone who would go through traumatic exeperiences would get maximum support and guidance. Taita Inti really do customize the retreat depending on the participants needs. They gave us a San Pedro ceremony for free, because the group needed it. This was one of the things that impressed me the most - the kindness and generosity of the whole team. Another example is my friend went through a heavy process at the end of the last ayahuasca ceremony, the day before we would leave and she didn't feel well. Naysha offered my friend to stay for free until she felt better. That was so kind! Me anf ny friend drove to Taita Inti together and I couldnt get home on my own without a car (we lived quite far away) so I also got to stay a bonus day for free. The morning after each ceremony we had sharing circles where we could talk about the previous day's journey, I really loved that. After we came home Taita Inti kept in contact with us making sure our integration process went well. I highly recommend joining one of their retreats. If you want to take Ayahuasca but are afraid, then I can't imagine a safer environment. They know what you need and what you have to go through before you even know it and they will guide you through the whole process. I am forever grateful.
