The Awakening Journey

Five days, four ceremonies, and the person underneath

A five-day retreat built around three ayahuasca ceremonies and one San Pedro day — long enough that the work has room to move, short enough to fit into an ordinary life. Beginners are welcome; a good part of every group has never sat before.

What it is

A guided arc, not four separate nights

The Awakening Journey is arranged as one process rather than a series of ceremonies that happen to share a venue. Cleansing, releasing, unlocking, discovering — each ceremony is placed where it is because of what the one before it opened.

Fourteen places, and the days between ceremonies are as deliberate as the nights: rest, sharing circles, flower baths, and time with the facilitators one to one. Private rooms are available at some venues for an extra cost — ask when you enquire.

It suits people who want more than a weekend but are not ready to disappear into the jungle for two weeks. If you have never worked with these plants before, this is a reasonable place to start.

The exclusions are real

SSRIs, MAOIs, lithium, antipsychotics, ADHD medication, sleep medication and anxiolytics are not compatible with this work. Neither are a diagnosed heart condition, a history of psychosis, bipolar I, or pregnancy.

We go through all of it on the screening call before a place is confirmed, and we will say no when the answer is no. Read the safety page before you write to us.
